Rose Park — Attraction in Nashville-Davidson

A park in the middle of the city (2 miles from downtown) that actually has everything you could want as far as sports and sport activities go. It's not just Rose Park. It's a sporting complex. Track and field (big ass soccer field), outdoor basketball hoops, couple baseball fields, jungle gym for kids. The only thing it's missing is a tennis court. Otherwise, you can play anything you want there. And then it also has a community center--Easley Community Center. Fully fitted with a weight room, a game center (pool, ping pong, foosball, etc), an indoor basketball gym, and I think in the summer there is a pool that opens up. All for public use. Best sports complex, park, and community center...

Great soccer and/or football turf, clean and well kept up. The down side is theft! Be FULL of CARE with your valuables stuffed in bags as you play as well as valuables in you cars. Young guys walk the track and parking lot watching and wating to stick and have tried on more than one occasion to break into cars and attempt to grab unattended bags of busy soccer players. This park is AMAZING! I ran across it in one of my many ventures and I was so glad I did. The views of the city of Nashville were simply GORGOUS! There is something for everyone in the family to enjoy at the park also. There is a great playground for kid's! I may have to go there to watch the fireworks! It is also near MANY AirBnB's so there's lots to offer our out of towners! Enjoyment...
