I hope this helps you make more informed decision than I did. Booking this tour is one of my biggest regrets as a dad. My wife and three sons scheduled a tour for the one night we would be in Nashville on the 27th. I'll try to be brief.
Tour rescheduled twice and delayed. Upon arrival no one there to give any sort of welcome or direction. We booked a truck for our family (we met the minimum reqs) but discovered upon arrival we would be consolidated with two other groups. Not enough seats for everyone. The website plainly states BYOB, our family does not drink and we were solely interested in having an informative, fun tour with our elementary aged kiddos. Their website also states "This experience is tailored to the group. It can be a full sightseeing tour throughout Nashville, so you may experience the incredible city and see all it has to offer, or it can be a party on wheels"––my family and I were assured it would be the former. Other riders proceeded to shotgun white claws, use profanity, and make inappropriate gestures in front of my children. Before the halfway mark, they were drunk, arguing with one another, cussing at each other, shouting over the tour guide, Luke, who tried his best to quiet them. Sadly, I had to request that my family and I be allowed to get off an hour in to the fiasco. Our tour guide graciously and apologetically let us out, and offered to come back and get us in his own car within the hour after the tour. He said he could take us on the tour we originally booked and paid for at a later date. However we were only in Nashville for one night, and will not be back for the foreseeable future. No refund was offered. We ended up walking for an hour through Nashville to get back to our car, where we found the tour truck parked and unloaded. The PA system on our tour was broken, but the info we could hear through the static and distortion was very informative. To Luke's credit, he tried to fix it, but to no avail, so he would periodically stop and tell us about the sites, that is, when he could get a word in. If you're looking to ride around in the back of a pickup for two hours while a bunch of drunks shout obscenities in front of your 4 year old, then this is for you. If not, then don't make my mistake and pay $150 dollars to expose your family to said drunks, and have to bail out with an hour's walk back to your car in 90 degree heat with no hope of a refund. Thanks for reading, this has been cathartic for me. Happy...
Read morescheduled a ride yesterday and had misinterpretion of policies. Tried to cancel our ride and manager said it was not allowed within 14 days. I understand they have a 14 day cancel policy but a ride was scheduled for 2 days later. (no opportunity to cancel) we called first thing in the morning and they are unwilling to work with us. Misleading and poor management
Update: we were notified a couple hours before our ride that they were now willing to allow our cancelation. Much appreciated.... However waiting so long to do so left us in limbo not knowing if we were able to make other plans for the day. Overall they did the right thing but it could have been...
Read moreWe came from out of town and had a truck reserved for a Saturday night. They proceeded to tell us they had to cancel last minute Saturday because of the new COVID regulations. We went to broadway and saw more than 1 of their trucks with more people together than the amount that were in our party. This company is super unreliable and extremely unprofessional. If you want to be left without any plans last minute and then have to scramble to make new plans, then this company is perfect. There are plenty of other company’s just like this one that you can...
