This park isn't for everyone. It is pretty small, not a lot of kids toys and primarily for kids under the age of maybe 5. I liked it but, given the choice, I would visit the nearby alternatives. Pros: Clean, quiet, relaxing. Ideal for people who want to sit and watch their 3 year old climb on a few basic play structures. Plenty of shade and several benches. Excellent super secret neighbor park. Alternatives: Centennial park is about 25 min walk away and offers, I think, a better place to relax as it has ducks, a pond, and the Parthenon. Cons: Small, not big enough to play catch or soccer or anything that requires more space. Older kids will be very disappointed...unless they are book nerds and just want a quiet place to read. Alternatives: The large Carter Lawrence Playground is just a short 7 min walk. It offers a lot of play structures for a broader range of kids. Plenty of space for all activities but has limited shade and benches.

Well maintained little park! Walked here from The Well Coffeehouse (awesome place, btw), and the kiddos loved it ☺️
