I'll just say that the food was good and that's the only reason I am even giving them any stars. The service however is horrible. I came in at 2:15pm CT and was 1 out of 4 people in the restaurant. I was given the option to choose my seat which I liked but then that's when it went down hill. I was given no option to order any other type of drink and was just brought some water with no ice. The waitress was fixing herself up in the mirror that was beside my table while I was trying to decide. I was able to quickly decide and told the waitress what I wanted. She was more interested in fixing herself up in the mirror and I had to repeat my order several times. After 5-10min she brought out some soup and then about 10min after that brought out my order. That was the last I saw of her. She never came by to check on me. Even when other waitresses walked by and saw my cup of water was almost out they did nothing to remedy the situation. One glass of water must be the max at this place. I eventually had to get another waitresses attention to finally ask for my check after I had been done eating for about 15min. She got my original waitress to bring me check. It was evident that she had forgotten about me. She even asked if I wanted more water...seriously...when I'm ready to leave!? Horrible service! Will not be...

The Penang was good but had little broccoli. Wonton pork egg noodle soup was excellent. Chicken pot stickers were soggy and seemed like frozen Costco. The thing that frosted us the most was our order for Pad Voon Sen with pork, which they made with chicken. No biggie, right. Waitress says “ok if I just add some pork? “ I said sure. The waitress then takes it back to the kitchen then come back and says “Chef says this is pork”! So I show her the chicken in the Panang and how they match the Pad Voon Sen meat and show her the pork In the soup and how they’re different. She leaves again and comes back and says “ chef says this is different kind of pork” and continues to argue that I just don’t understand.
Parking was good and service was fast. Food is pricey.
I’ve eaten in Thai places for 40 years and am certain what I had and know Asian food. This was just an out right lie by the chef to save a buck from their mistake. The chef and employees were not Thai and simply couldn’t care less about customer service. It’s more of a pan Asian place than a Thai restaurant. Disappointing if you eat at a lot of Thai places. Maybe good...
Read moreThe restaurant was not crowded when I went at 4:00 p.m., and I had a pleasant conversation with the owner who is clearly very proud of his restaurant and his food offerings. I really enjoyed everything that I had, the reasons I give four stars was that I was dining alone and told the waitress that I was ordering a bowl of soup first, and also a noodle entree, so I was surprised that both came out at the same time. Both were delicious, but one really can't eat both at the same time so the noodle dish had to sit on the table cooling off while I was enjoying the soup. Also, the wonton, noodle and roast pork soup tasted great, but it was disappointing that there were only three wontons in it unlike other restaurants where there are usually between six and eight wontons in a large bowl. Lastly, I ordered the spicy level at 4 out of 5 but it was only a 2 spicy level at best. I will definitely come back because there's a lot of great menu choices I want to try, I'll just need to be more exacting in my wording, and to also ask for a spice condiment tray so I can make the food spicier...
