I found this place after it’s opened for a week. Finally my neighborhood (between gulch and 12 South) opened a good coffee shop where I can walk there and work/social on a frequent basis. I met both owners of this coffee shop and they are very nice gentlemen who would also help out serve coffee and bakeries. As this is recently opened, volume just started to pick up based on world-of-mouth. The name of this coffee shop made me very curious and it actually educated me that this is related to the country of Rwanda, where this franchised brand has been doing business for good causes there. Check it out the website for details.
Overall, I have been really enjoying the ambience and staff at this coffee shop. I guarantee it will be very popular as its name and review are heard by neighborhood and tourists. I will continue going there for work, and during my leisure times. This is the coffee shop that matters and that brings community values.
Side note: 1) check out its upcoming drink additions, which will make it a fantastic social venues and 2) street parking available in nearby...
Read moreWhat an amazing shop. We were in town for 3 days visiting family and I worked and hung out with family at the shop all day on Saturday. Got to meet both owners and hear the stories of how the shop provides opportunities for folks in Rwanda where they source the beans. Cappuccino was great, and so were all of the cocktails on tap. Tyler will also make you about anything you’d like. The highlight beverage-wise for me, though, was the owner’s little brother’s creation at the other shop. We went over there to get a better selection of their bagged coffee before we left and he made me a cold brew creation he called “cinnamon toast crunch”. It was outstanding. Put it on the menu and you’ll have a line out the door constantly. Love this shop and the people.
One of the coolest things for me, too, was how these folks knew almost everyone coming through the door. Really personable atmosphere.
Last aside, what’s with the 4* on the basis of smell? The place smells clean and fresh, has great internet for doing work, and serves good coffee. What more...
Read moreWow! I’ve been wanting to try this place (more so the original location) for awhile. I had some appointments in the area so today was the day. I’m glad someone mentioned the parking validation because it was super easy to park in the deck, and walk in and scan the code for free parking! Yes! When I walked in, the music was funky and upbeat! The two gentlemen working were so fun and outgoing. It was refreshing. Many coffee shops in certain areas seem to have some people working there that are lackluster. I felt engaged the whole time and appreciated. The tables were a nice wood and the chairs were comfy! They have cute outdoor seating as well. My avo toast was huge! Two full sized pieces for once! It was delicious and my latte was perfect too! The parking is a huge bonus and not far to walk to the...
