I was excited to see that they had opened a sephora. The young lady at the entrance welcome me in nicely told me the rules before entering. When I walked in I was looking for gift set to buy. No one asked me if I needed help. So when I went to look for an eyeshadow pallet I open the bottom drawer to see if they had any more. An employee told me I need to ask one of them to grab anything from the drawer. When I did look for an employee they seem to ignore me, or act like they were too busy looking at the shelves. This young lady did that to me. The store had like 4 customer inside they were not busy at all. I also did feel like I was being spy on and followed every corner i turned.. when I needed them, they would walk away. The experience there was real bad, employee are rude. I ended up putting my stuff back and walking out. I do believe its the color of my skin for this bad service. They need to hire people who want to be there and help customers. Not ignore us when we want to spend our hard working money there. Will not be...
Read moreMy daughter and I were visiting Nashville and stopped at this location. The greeter at the door was rude. The clerks working inside the store were equally rude, and even after asking for help we didn't receive it. As we went to check out, the clerk finally deigned to look at a certain brush my daughter was looking for. When I reached out to Sephora, "Jonathan, The manager" emailed, then called me, assuring this behavior was not the norm for "his" store and since we were not local, he'd "personally" be sending me a gift certificate as well as a box of Sephora items. This has been 6 weeks ago and even after reaching out to see where the promised gifts are, I've heard nothing back. Don't go to this store. Pick a different one. All the employees here are rude, condescending and unhelpful. And the manager will lie to you. Shame on you Sephora. You should be better than this. We'll shop Farmasi from now on. Better quality, better prices, much better...
Read moreI went into sephora today, i was not greeted at all. I am hispanic and the lady at the door did not say anything to me but actively greeted every white customer that walked in after and before me. I don’t want to pull the race card but when i went to ask her if she had any more of a product i wanted in stock she quickly said no and did not offer any other type of product but assisted every other customer. She then continued to follow me around the store while talking on her headset. This is not the first time i’ve come into the sephora and had the workers be very rude and unhelpful to me. I have also heard several times the staff talking about customers and what they look like or how “ bad their hair is fried”. Very unprofessional and just continues to prove that Sephora is the most judge mental and rude Makeup store out there. Save your time and money and head to Ulta. They have a better Loyalty program and know how to treat their customers...
