Just left the store and the customer service was horrible... on THREE occasions I had to seek out staff to assist me and when they did they acted like I was a bother to them. Didn't ask any questions to help me better I was in the store almost 30 mins and I just left without purchasing anything because the service was so bad. I was looking for slip resistant work shoes, was in the store 5 mins before i could find some to help me ( i did this by asking random ppl to help me). I asked the first girl she just pointed me in the direction and turned to walk away. So my size was out of reach and once I found another associate she got the shoes down but with an attitude. She tried to get multiple shoes down at once and dropped them almost hitting me in the head. She did not say excuse me or apologize just kept doing what she was doing like it didn't happen. Then she left the stairs where I was looking at shoes at and walked off I had to move it myself. I asked another associate to help me get another pair of shoes down. She told me she was leaving I asked her to send someone else, she sent ms.drop-a-box and she came back with the same attitude. I need the shoes for tomorrow but I'll just be ordering online. Standing by the cashier for 3 minutes, the three floor employees did not care to say a word to help me even though I was the ONLY customer in the store at the time; I needed help for the shoes size of the order items, the girl who worked on my order wasnât willing to assist me for my need; At the end, I wrote down my email address for her to avoid incorrect information input, she still typed a wrong one⊠I didnât realize that error until several days later, that no order confirmation email has ever reached me. I called the store to find out where my order is and was told that I can only write Skechers an email from their website to seek help. I called the online Skechers online customer service phone number in order to change my incorrect email address. I have been put on hold for over 15 minutes on the phone yet still no one answers my call. I almost thought I was calling IRS instead of a shoes vendor. My shopping companion has profound hearing loss. Although she wears hearing aides, she can't hear well, especially in environments like shopping malls.
She usually just tries to fend for herself, but finally asked an associate for help. The associate spoke in a quiet voice, and of course was wearing a mask per regulations. My companion said "I can't hear you", but the associate only repeated herself at the same volume. My companion repeated that she couldn't hear her and the associate gave us a look of hatred and walked away. I tried to speak to her to assure her that my companion truly couldn't hear, but the associate continued to walk away and refused to speak to me.
Pretty heartbreaking all around over a stupid...
