East River Place Apartments — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

If I could give a 0 I would!! I have a similar issue with someone else who left a comment. I called these apartments back in August for 3 bedroom and she told me they have one available. I did the application and went in to finish everything after I got approved. She told me they no longer have anything available ( but told me they did) and she will get me in at their sister townhome apartments. I was told the person was moving out September 30 and I can just transfer my application over at that time. October 3rd came I went in did my new application and RTA for the inspection to get done. Middle of October came I didn’t get any up date so I went in every week. Every week it was something new. They had to wait on this and that to be down. Fast forward to November I was told me application for the sister townhomes had just got put in when I did it weeks ago. My voucher was running out and I was I’ve been waiting for months now. I asked to speak with a supervisor and that’s when they responded. They told me they gave it away to someone else for and emergency move in but I wasn’t told that when I just came in the day BEFORE! I’ve been homeless with my four kids why my situation wasn’t an emergency?? Why did I get the run around for MONTHS just to give my home to someone else! Worst...

Literally the worst unprofessional apartments I’ve ever worked with I had to go down to the office everyday just to speak to someone sometimes nobody was there sometimes it was me & my toddler are trying to get away from his father I asked when they would have openings first it was middle of oct for 2 bed stated she would call email never did then she changed that to oh we don’t have any only 3 bed rooms I said ok I’ll take the 3 bed room when will that be ready she stated end of oct Early nov we can go ahead get application started never sent me and email or called I had to go back down there for Ms.Wendy to send who was very nice and sweet I said okay so I did my application the application wouldn’t let me add my card so Ms.Wendy said I could drop off money order so I dropped off the money order for the application the manger had a nasty attitude Didn’t say thanks or anything just took it & put it in her desk then I email to make sure everything was okay now it’s 60 day way wait I’m so pissed I would’ve never applied to the apartments cause I’m needing to move so good luck to anyone working with them i don’t do reviews but this had...

This place isn’t what I expected. I moved here from Boston, MA and found out they are closed Sunday, Wednesday and Saturday. Also the office closes at 4 during the days they are open. Any package you order, you will never get because the delivery company’s need a key to enter the breezeways. If they happen to give the package to the office, the office NEVER tells you it’s there. I waited two weeks for an over nighted package before and when I called to see if it was there,they said it was there for two weeks. If you ask them to leave it in front of your door before they leave for the day they say they will but don’t. My lease is up in November and I can’t wait to move.
