Center 615 — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

My car got broken into on 5/1/18 in their parking lot while doing business with one of their tenants. It was between 8:30 and 9:30 PM. When I asked them for video footage (since a camera was pointed directly at my car with an unobstructed view), they said that there was "nothing of substance". Upon digging more, they finally admitted that their security camera was not functioning properly. This location is not safe if you value your personal property, and their security is inadequate.

In response to your response: There is no excuse for this. Your lot may have once been safe for your clients and their customers, but this is obviously not the case anymore, as my car was broken into. The police could be using that video as evidence, but they don't have that option because your security system failed. Claiming that you had a blind spot in my email exchange with your company, rather than telling the truth is exactly why I gave you a 1 star review. The camera is pointing directly at the spot where my car was parked. I saw it, your tenant saw it, and the police saw it. You should be honest, but instead you are trying to spin the facts. Bottom line - my car was broken into on your lot. I parked in a spot where a security camera had an unobstructed view of my car, but your security system's malfunction has resulted in me not having crucial evidence that should be made available to the police and my insurance company. I have reported the items taken from my car as stolen, so if they show up at a pawn shop they could be recovered. If I had video evidence, it would increase the probability of convicting the offender... but your company's failure to properly maintain your security equipment now makes...
