Being new to Nashville, I am always looking for something to do, and usually that involves me scrolling local Facebook groups to see what's going on. Well I found the Love and Exile Winery and Bar was hosting a comedy night. So I decided to take a drive over and check it out. First thing I noticed was the outside area, very nice with couches, tables and some awesome decor. Walking in, I sat at the bar and ordered a double whiskey neat and the pepperoni flatbread. The pour was a good one, thank you to the beautiful young lady, with amazing eyes and a smile I might add, for an awesome pour. The food came out and the flatbread was delicious, and well cooked. I then decided to check out the comedy show in the back room. Granted it's not the type of setup I am used to in NYC, but damn was it a funny show. Really enjoyed the comics that went on to perform. From what the host said they do it two Sundays a month at 7pm, so check out these up and coming comics if you are in the area. So, with that being said your Gingie guide will be going back amd not just on a Sunday. Place is top notch and unlike a lot of places I have discovered here in Nashville, these folks have parking...and its free. So if you are looking for some wine, beer, or liquor along with some slamming food, that comes with amazing service and hospitality check out Love and Exile. You won't be sorry, your Gingie guide gives this 5 out of 5 whiskey shots and it is worth...

The bartenders currently working here are the most miserable bartenders I’ve ever encountered. They were standoffish from the second we walked in the door; you’d think we walked in with a party of 20 and demanded drinks immediately, the way they acted.
In their slight defense, I think they were shorthanded with only those three bartenders working with the customers, and just a kitchen crew. That’s not a reason to be completely careless, though.
My partner ordered me a frozen strawberry drink. They gave me something else. I am fructose intolerant. I went back in to tell them they gave me the wrong drink and order food. One of them when he finally paid attention to me, he just said something like, “oh sorry.” I had to drag the info out of him; I said, “I ordered strawberry and this isn’t it. What’s in this?” He said it was a blueberry something with tonic. Tonic has high fructose corn syrup. So, they just decided it’s ok to basically poison me for the night.
We also ordered two food items, and one of them still hadn’t come after like 45 minutes. My partner had to ask twice, finally just going straight to the kitchen. Kitchen said, “oh it must have went to the...

From the moment you walk in, the vibe is unmistakable: dim lighting, sultry music, and a playful energy that dares you to stay a little longer than you planned. It's sexy without trying too hard, and effortlessly cool without an ounce of pretension. Whether you're sipping a craft cocktail in a cozy corner or mingling on the outdoor patio, every part of the space invites you to let loose and lean into the moment.
The staff? Flawlessly charming. They serve drinks with a wink and know how to read the room—whether you want a quiet glass of natural wine or a full-on night of flirty escapism. The drinks menu is bold but approachable, and the wine selection is thoughtfully curated with just the right touch of rebellion.
But what truly sets Love & Exile apart is its unapologetic attitude. This isn’t just a bar—it’s a mood, a scene, and a damn good time. It's the kind of place where inhibitions go to die and unforgettable nights are born.
Highly recommend for date nights, group hangs, or solo adventures that might not stay solo for long. Nashville, you've...
