Amazing. If you need music stuff, give your money to these people. It’s owned by two partners and I think there’s another location other than the one I went to Neenah. Both of the owners were there on a Saturday. Both of them spent a lot of time with me and they taught me a bunch about how a guitar makes its sounds. And how to manipulate them with the mechanics. For a guy who knows nothing about guitars, these guys made a killer effort to help me need to know less 😎 They even figured out a solution so I could practice on my weekend off from the kids while they set up my new guitar. I couldn’t be more impressed. I doubt amazon will ever get a review like this too so it’d be kind of cool if we could all support the little guy again you know? I don’t care if it costs me more money to support them. They’re going to get a lot of my money over the next few years. They’ve earned it on day one. Thanks guys! We went to Island Music in New London and Scott was absolutely amazing. Scott is very friendly and professional, and anything you would be looking for when you're out looking for a new instrument. Scott sent us to Neenah and Randy, one of the owners was very professional, kind, and accommodating. It was a fun experience, and we walked away with a great guitar and we went back the following day to purchase a keyboard. Island music is our only "go to" music store from now on. Thank you Island music, we love our new instruments, and we love you too...

I emailed them with the name of my keyboard and the specific problem. They quoted $150 max. I delivered the keyboard. They called two days later saying we looked at how to open this keyboard up and it is more complicated than we thought, we want a down payment, and $300 is the estimate now.
