Nance Floral Shoppe — Attraction in New Albany

I ordered flowers for a friends funeral and the website showed a beautiful basket overflowing with large flowering plants and two cute butterflies in it. The description stated 6 to 7 flowering pots and a bird or butterfly included in a nice basket arrangement. I bought the deluxe one for a total charge of $83.16. What arrived at the funeral home was a very small flimsy Easter basket filled with 4 3” pots that each held a very small flower not even the size of a child’s hand. But to top it off one of the plants was dead when it got delivered! The basket arrangement was not full and definitely not overflowing like picture and description. It looked cheap like a clearance flower off the discarded rack at Walmart! I would not recommend this business...

I’m a big believer that men deserve to get flowers on more days than just their last, so I called up the folks at Nance Floral Shoppe to deliver flowers to my boyfriend for his birthday. Let me tell you, he was overjoyed and loved the bouquet. I let the florists work their magic and design the arrangement, and it was truly stunning. I have been getting flowers at Nance's for years and I have yet to pick up a bouquet that was anything less than perfect. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and can put together the perfect arrangement for any occasion. Their delivery and pick-up services are almost unbelievably fast, but they have a vast selection in the shop if you aren't sure what you're looking for.
