We visited on 3/2/22. There were only two other patrons at the back of the gallery, and the owner/sales rep? for the gallery. Upon entry, she briefly glanced up at us and then continued intently gazing into her cell phone. Do they not teach you that greeting your customers can increase the likelihood of closing a sale? If busy, the bare minimum etiquette is a brief hello/welcome.
We started browsing for another minute or so, she stares directly at us but still no greeting. We continued browsing another minute or so, and another party entered the store. They were greeted. This continued. You wanna guess what the only difference was between us and all the other patrons that continued to receive warm greetings and assistance after entering the gallery?
