Very underwhelmed by my experience. My friend and I did not even receive a greeting, much less any assistance, while we were there. We were absolutely ignored. The gallery salesperson literally sat looking at her computer the ENTIRE time we were there. She did not seem particulary busy; rather, she seemed to simply be surfing the net. I noticed that she also blatantly ignored a couple that came in right after us. This was my first experience of the kind in the great city of New Orleans. Sad. Step up that service game, folks.
