American Outlet Inc — Attraction in New York

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone when it comes to buying a mattress. On Friday 11/2018 an associated suggested we go there to American Outlet. Friday November 9, we pick a set of mattress. It was Delivered on Saturday Noverber 10. The bed was soft but on Wednesday November 14. The mattress . began to sink in the middle of the bed and became hard and uncomfortable which also caused pain in my back,legs,and neck . We called and went back to the store on Friday November 16th . We talked with the lady Anna who kept showing us mattress which still had the wirer coming out. The mattress I selected lady in the store who is Anna stated it will cost me a 100.00 more and I agreed but I disagreed with another delivery fee. I agreed to this but a man can out the office and changed the price and made it higher. He appeared to wanted to get more money from me or to convenience me to keep something that is damaged. After we went back and forth about the prices. I reminded him of the policy he has in the front of the store which says that you can get a refund within 25 days . I had this damage item for 5 days. He refused to refund the item or agreed to the price that was quote before he arrived. The services was bad and the policy they have isn't respected. The are miss advertising their merchandise and robbing the customers . if you feel that you want a place to trust spending your money do not go there. This is for American outlet 118th street and 3rd. One of the workers who has been there for some time now. He is very rude. Bald man of color with molds on head and face. Very rude to customers. I will not ever go back here it's a shame this store has been there for quite some time now, and yet their workers are mostly Indian and Hispanic backgrounds. In an urban community yet treat everyone badly. Again, I will never come to this location. I'll go to another one. Someone should go to the hospitality class when talking or treating neighborhood people who spend money in this outlet. This store was here before I was born. But lots of stores are closing and be careful how you treat customers. My advice is to get better employees. Mainly him aka (Mr. Molds on face, rudest man ever) Products instore great, but for him, I will never shop there again. This go to the one on 118th and 3rd Ave-Worst store ever !! Went for the first time and got a bad experience 🤦🏽‍♀️. They do not allow opened packages even though you bring it back in the original packaging and with the receipt. Return policy is no where in the store or receipt!! The manager is so nasty and unprofessional, staffs always in a bad mood. I bought the wrong curtain size, tried to exchange the very next day with the receipt and everything for the same but longer one and it was impossible !!
