I had low expectations for this place but was pleasantly surprised. The games are expensive, but hey, it's midtown Manhattan 2025. The staff were very friendly, and when a game malfunctioned and stole credits, a staff member addressed it quickly and with an apology and a smile - and immediately reset the game so others wouldn't have a problem.
