Bath & Body Works — Attraction in New York

Great service from entry to check out, staff super nice and helpful. Love their enthusiasm and work ethics at this location. My daughter had to pee so bad and i was trying to rush out so we can leave to a rest room, but i couldn't move fast cause im 8 months prego and they felt so bad, because she was on the floor kneeling down to hold it it and at check out and offered for us to use the bathroom considering the situation. During a pandemic i knew that the chances of finding a rest room are pretty slim, so i was so shocked and thankful how understanding they were to how bad she had to use the bathroom and i had to pee too since im prego. I would love to give a wonderful recognition to a staff named Ana, she did an outstanding job with her customer service skills, her empathy was very pleasant and definetly will bring customers back. I stopped in today (3/9/23); and had a great experience as I browsed and shopped. From the greeting at the door to the checkout at the register. This is my "go to" location for my favorite BBW candles. It's right by the 2,3 trains and sits next to another favorite store (Victoria Secret.) The staff are very helpful and they know their products! Anyone on the floor can assist you with picking out some amazing smelling goodies for your home or body. I would definitely recommend this store location to friends and family. It's convenient, close by, and always has a good stock of whatever is advertised on the website. Great location. The store front is visible once you are in the exact street of the location. The product has always been good that improves season after season. The sale prices are few but there is always a coupon to retrieve if you've given your online information at the checkout counter. The store is visually welcoming and there is more than enough of the displayed product.

There are more people on staff during the weekend than the week. That creates a small issue because the line doesn't move until 15 to 20 minutes later. The staff is nice and approachable.

My only concern is that I wish that you carried certain items that I can purchase such as: the peppermint lip gloss in the tube. That was a...
