I dropped off my guitar here about 3 weeks ago to get set up and they took it and told me a couple of days. I called a week later and a week after that but they kept telling me a couple days. Week #3 I tried calling their store to check in and was sent to voicemail multiple times. I decided to just show up and when I got there, the owner was really condescending and arrogant, trying to blame me for his mistakes. He told me he called/texted me which I didn’t receive on my end (not his fault here). I spoke to Manny before stepping foot in the shop and he was patient with my questions. I walked out of Johnny Albino with everything I wanted and more....
