Bugsy's Dog Run — Attraction in New York

Extremely DANGEROUS! My dog was able to fit himself under a gate and started running away down by the river which a person can’t access unless they climb down rocks from 14’ higher. Luckily he came running back to me after chasing him so I didn’t lose him. The fencing desperately NEEDS to be replaced either as a community initiative or by the city - not sure who runs it. My dog was attacked the minute it walked through the gate by 4 smaller dogs who's owners weren't doing anything to restrain their pets. Sadly in a really bad state. There is no other dog run close by, so we have no choice other than to go there.
