Carroll Hall was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding. It’s this magical, hidden garden in the middle of Bushwick; lush, thoughtfully designed, and full of character. The moment we stepped inside, we felt like we had uncovered a secret, and we couldn’t wait to share it with our guests.

What really set Carroll Hall apart for us was the combination of beauty and flexibility. The venue is stunning as-is, but also works as a blank canvas for creative couples. We brought in a few unique elements, like turning the treehouse into a record room where guests could browse and take home vinyls, and the Carroll Hall team made it all happen effortlessly. It was one of the most talked-about moments of the night.

Jalisa and Andrew were incredible to work with: warm, welcoming, and collaborative from start to finish. They allowed us multiple site visits with vendors, were open to flipping the space throughout the event, and even helped us create a custom cocktail. They also provided access to existing furniture on-site, which saved us time and budget.

We used the upstairs suite for private vows, and it felt intimate and perfect. From vendor logistics to guest experience, everything ran smoothly thanks to their care and professionalism.

My brother and sister in law chose this place for their Islamic ceremony and they couldn’t have picked a better venue to make their vision come to life for their special day.

Upon entering the location you come to a beautiful open indoor space which gives you a lot of room to get creative. There are three bathrooms which is great especially if you have 50-60 guests. There was also a space upstairs for my sister in law to get dressed, get her makeup done, and for us family and close friends to store our personal belongings. The upstairs space was also very spacious and had beautiful windows that gives you a peak into the garden space.

The open garden is gorgeous, I didn’t expect the garden to be there it’s easy to forget gardens exist when you’re in Brooklyn). It’s well kept and is very spacious. My sister in law set up a bunch of chairs for the ceremony and then set up a space for us to have lunch. Lots of great spots to take pictures. I also wanted to point out that the team was super helpful the day of. We didn’t expect it to get cold or be windy, so we had to make a decision on the spot to move all of the tables and table settings indoor, the staff quickly helped us and also ensured to get as much fresh air circulating.

We recently had our wedding at Carroll Hall and it was absolutely perfect! We loved the entire vibe; from the beautiful garden and outdoor space, to the beautiful and unique indoor space. It was perfect for us and exactly what we were looking for in a wedding venue.

Our guests had the best time ever and couldn't stop commenting about how awesome the space was (inside and out) and how great the staff were.

Jalisa and Alex are amazing to work with and such wonderful people. They were both so helpful and great throughout our entire planning process. We had so many questions and they were always so responsive and worked with us on all of our requests. They were with us every step of the way to ensure everything ran smoothly and were truly invested in us and our day. Working with them helped to make our wedding even more perfect and we can't thank them enough.

We cannot recommend Carroll Hall enough. From the venue space itself, to Jalisa, Alex and the rest of the staff on our wedding night, everything was beyond exceptional.
