I love the vibe at CPCH! I am a new member and have become positively addicted to the classes! The environment is sunny, super clean, and staffed by so many lovely, warm people making you feel welcomed and energized each time you walk through the door. I have enjoyed four different instructors so far, and each one is fabulous, knowledgeable, and attentive to everyone in the room, ensuring we are exercising correctly and safely. I’m so happy, as well, to be getting to know new people with clients of different ages and levels of skill. Everyone is so encouraging of one another! I have had significant neck pain from arthritis for many years, and I am absolutely seeing a difference as I build strength in important areas and discovering how the Pilates breath can improve overall well-being. I’m loving it, eagerly anticipating my next class and have just upgraded to an unlimited membership because I can’t get enough! Thank you to everyone at CPCH for creating such a wonderful studio. Wish I had discovered it sooner!
Following a long hiatus due to hand surgery and being unable to attend pilates, my back has suffered. Brenda has been amazing in helping me to return to it and has worked with me in personal sessions with a specific awareness of my back issue. We take it slowly and work to figure out what I can and cannot do and how to best strengthen me overall. Simply a lovely, empathetic, and knowledgeable person, I feel fortunate to be returning to pilates under her guidance! Thank you, Brenda, for all your time and great energy!
Megan is another favorite instructor who brings a wonderful and fun energy to her classes, and whose careful approach to teaching an awareness of both form and breath have been invaluable for helping me strengthen and maintain a healthy lower back. "Cat and cow" stretches have become my first thing in the morning and last thing before bed rituals! Thank you for all the guidance, Megan!
I have had the pleasure of classes with lovely Natia for the first time. Reviews I have read about her are absolutely accurate!. Warm and welcoming, Natia’s classes are challenging and fun, and completely comprehensive, leaving me feeling positive and strong after an excellent and solid workout. Read moreI have been at Club PIlates for over a year and have never had any issues with billing. I think the owner, manager and anyone at the desk explain the terms of the unlimited membership very clearly at the time of signing up. I have heard them speaking to multiple other parties too. You are invited to do a complimentary class and there are different packages that are available besides the unlimited membership. Everyone at the desk is always so warm and friendly. Isa and Fisher remember everybody’s name and are always warm and friendly. I’ve been taking PIlates for about 8 years from both contemporary and classical PIlates studios and there is a lovely range of teachers at Club PIlates. I love Madison, Delaney, Manni, Ashley and Jamie’s classes. Each put a different spin on each class so I’m never bored. I’ve watched Manni teach a full class and give variations to a very pregnant student. Her classes are powerful and energetic. Jamie and Ashley’s classes are very athletic and they push you to your limit but in the safest manner possible and offer variations. Delaneys’s classes are very classical and she’s great at making sure that the people that aren’t familiar with PIlates are safe and using the apparatus effectively. Madison always does a fun mix up of mat and the reformer and I always feel rejuvenated when I come out of her class 9:30 on Thursday evenings. All 5 of these teachers give fantastic cues and it’s very easy to follow along. As a mother of two I love how the studio offers so many classes throughout the day and through the week. It’s been a total lifesaver for me after 2 c sections, bulging disc and hip issue. They are always great about letting me make modifications to my practice and none of the teachers have made me feel like I’m not working hard enough when I choose to use a ball instead of the PIlates ring or alternate a move for my injuries. No one has ever come over to make an unwanted adjustment or try to persuade me to do a more advanced position (have definitely had this done to me at other studios)I love the studio it has been life altering for me both mentally and physically. Her classes are fun with just the right amount of challenge, and of course, the playlists are always on point. Brenda is great at assisting and accommodating anyone who has an injury or has to limit their motion during certain exercises and she’s always ready to tweak things so it’s comfortable for everyone. My favorite part is the different focus and dynamic of each class where I learn something new every time and get to push myself while feeling good about every move and feeling supported while I do it.
