This is so close to being five stars, especially considering the value for what you get. Got the vegetable pizza and garlic knots. The pizza was huge and loaded with veggies (not overloaded -- there's a difference!). The crust was nicely thin, but held up. The garlic knots are amazing. They're on the smaller side, though still a good deal for 6 knots. They have the perfect amount of garlic (coming from a garlic lover), were so nice and soft, and weren't overly oily. I also really appreciated that they packed them up in a paper boat, foil, and a little paper bag, rather than in some giant plastic container like too many places do. Next time I'll stop in for a plain slice and see how that goes!

$3.00 Slice + 50 cents/topping. I had a righteous slice with sausages & peppers, so $4.00 for a LOADED slice. It tasted even better than it looked; so good that I got another, and I was stuffed. Sure, the selections are few (no ham or pineapple = no Hawaiian Pizza), but they are generous with what they have. There are two dining areas with lots of tables AND an outdoor dining area that I spotted too late. I WILL be back for more and to post photos of the spaces. I definitely enjoyed the experience and recommend this tasty spot. Back AGAIN & AGAIN; Still Great ! ! !

Remember this spot way back. They also extended the restaurant very spacious. Fresh mozzarella is my favorite. Very flavorful. There's one employee there he's hefty in weight and wears glasses, he makes you feel not welcomed...he has this demeanor of negativity, he is very rude and he looks like something is always bothering him. Individuals like himself shouldn't work in the social atmosphere. His work ethic is unprofessional.....thought the service was good until I encountered this employee...

Good evening there were extremely rude they were drunk they were disrespectful with other customers as well as me the food was cold there were other people drinking with the workers I was not treated at all with respect or as if I didn't work hard for my money to come there and eat good I was uncomfortable and I feel bad for other customers that had got in their food paid for and there were bullying someone that was getting the food brought for them and they had had a mental illness I can tell they felt so bullied they left and came back and again they tried to kick them out after they paid for the food they were laughing right in their face I was still sitting there eating this was the most disrespectful the business was terrible the food was terrible I would not suggest anyone to go there as it is they were not wearing gloves and also drinking on the job the beers and the cups of weather was beer or liquor but I did see Heineken bottles as they were opening them as I'm sitting down on my table I was being watched and had to ask for the table to be wiped and was told I should go to McDonald's extremely disrespectful as I walked as it is about four blocks just to see if the food and the restaurant was good no one should be treated like that especially when someone is handling their food and we work hard for our money and when you want to be comfortable in the settings that could have created a notification with between the customer and then by yelling and cursing at them and calling them stupid in...

The worker who took my order was extremely rude and unhelpful. He would not listen to me and seemed to be angry and distracted because he was arguing with another worker. At one point while I was waiting he actually hit the other worker. I did not correctly hear the payment amount and this man who was supposed to be assisting me responded just by glaring at me for a solid 20 seconds. Then when he started to get my food together. I said sorry I wanted it to go and he rolled his eyes at me. All it required was him moving the pizza with the paper sheet underneath from the tray to the empty box right next to him. Then he closed the box and started turning away. I thought that he was done and I could take it and leave and he yelled at me "can you give me a minute!" so loud that the woman next to me made a shocked facial expression. Then he took his time to put a small piece of tape on the box. That's what was so important for me to wait for him to do that he had to yell at his customer. Never...

A no frills pizzeria with a delicious plain slice for about two bucks?! No wonder this place has been rockin' on Court St. since 1985.

We stumbled in after our Thursday volleyball game down the road at pier 6. Appropriately, "Throwback Thursday" comes into mind when stepping in here. They've got the old school menus and those orange drink / fruit punch machines, and the only pies on display are plain and a fresh mozzarella variant. That's right: no BBQ chicken, no taco pizza, no ziti slice...no BS. Only plain slices for $2.25 + .50 per topping...brilliant!

Crust was soft and foldable, sauce had a touch of sweet, and that oh-so-gooey cheese was aplenty. If you're anti-grease, you might wanna give these slices a little pat down before devouring though!

There's plenty of seating inside, but venture towards the back for additional indoor and outdoor seating, as well as an ice cream/gelato stand selling desserts.. also starting at...
