CubeSmart Self Storage of the Bronx — Attraction in New York

I storage my stuff there yesterday they was nice watching bring my stuff in. When I got home 2 hours later they call me before they close saying an employee pop my lock by mistake they change the lock so I sent my son to get the new lock. But I told him to open both lockers to see if everything was there. He call me and 22 pairs of sneakers was gone. I didn't even have this storage 24hours. Then when I get there they tell me the camera wasn't working and I have to go though insurance to only get 2000. Please I had sneakers in there that cost 2000 dollars there no way they giving me just just. Don't put your stuff here they watch what u bring in and the employee are looking at what u bring and and working together and covering for one another. Most of everyone that work yesterday didn't work today. This not the last time they hear from me. Everyone please don't put your stuff here because they will steal it and play like they don't know nothing. 22 pairs of sneakers didn't cost no $2000 dollars when one pair cost that much I'm so mad right now and I will do everything in my power to fight this. Don't leave your stuff here. I want the owner to contact me manager that was there yesterday after I go make a report I'm calling new station because this is not fair you have employee there stealing from people. This was a inside job nobody can't get up there without access. If this the last thing I do out of my 51years of life everyone that was working yesterday will pay for my son 22 pairs of sneakers getting stolen my lawyer...

This without a doubt is the BEST Cube Smart in New York/Bronx! I've been using storage spaces for years for my extensive Dj equipment nd record collection. And used from all 5 boroughs.....From Manhattan Mini Storage, Public Storage, Safe and Secure U-Haul...You Name It! Let me start by giving proper accolades to Honey (Yes, that is her name, beautiful and sweet like the word..) who is the General Manager of this facility and her Assistant Manager Marcus, did an OUTSTANDING job in working with me in finding a perfect downgrade size from a large one that I already had due to a tragic death in my family. They were extremely compassionate, knowledgeable and insanely patient! In my years in New York (which is alot) This was the only professional storage facility that didn't act, shall I say "GHETTO!" They didn't suck their teeth when asked a question, didn't roll their eyes when I wanted to see different sizes in locker options or talk like they have freaking marbles in their mouth. Bravo to the staff at 1425 Bruckner Blvd!!!.....They All Deserve RAISES!!...

I have used different storage companies and locations throughout the years. This CubeSmart on Bruckner Blvd and Bronx River Ave has been one of the best locations. Some of the reasons I liked it:

Great customer service. Thank you Henesy, Alberto and Avi for always being professional and courteous. The team at the front has always been friendly and helpful.

The location might be new or maybe they just have great maintenance staff. It’s always clean and well kept.

The office is connected to the storage warehouse entrance. This is convenient for when you need to check out a cart to move items in or out of your unit. I’ve been to storage spaces where you have to walk around the corner of the loading dock to get to the office, which is not a convenient set up especially during bad weather.

The only reason I left is because another storage company had a 4th of July sale with 50% off. But if this location ever has a sale that matches my current rate, I won’t...
