I really cannot remember when a company has had so many great employees in their hire. The lovely woman who helped me was Dorothy Nieves. Dorothy went way out of her way to help me. The movers, not hired by me, were late by over an hour. When they finally arrived, the foreman told me that 'there was no way all of this stuff was going to fit in this unit'. We then looked at the next size up and it was still too small. Finally we decided that this unit would hold my life of 22 years. These movers really crammed my things in there. I am sure that many of my things are damaged but that is not the fault of Dorothy , nor her manager, or the custodian. The Cubesmart team, led by Nedra, stayed for way over an hour putting together my new contract. Not once did I hear a complaint that they were staying late or had to go or some other excuse to get out of work. I am so impressed by the service and friendliness of this particular branch. I can only hope that others have as great of an experience as I did. Nedra made a horrible experience into a bearable experience. I learned something over the phone a few days ago. Each person needs to be reviewed separately. I cannot remember ever working with a finer, calmer, respectful than Dorothy Nieves. The Dorothy really went out of her way to really take care of me personally. I was a nervous wreck when I saw the way the movers treated my things. She really tried to calm me down and comfort me. She practically took me by the hand to make sure I got on the right bus to take me back to the train station. I really cannot thank her enough. The store manager at the time was Sept Logan. He was so helpful to Dorothy and me. He continuously approved keeping the store open for me as the movers were so late in arriving at the location. I appreciate all of the help that he gave me. He should be commended for his great over view of the situation. What a great guy! He approved all of the contracts and the and all of the price reductions that Dorothy could give me. I cannot forget Clarence Neely the custodian. He calmly walked me to my storage space as I was totally in a daze for the entire time of this move-in. He also should be commended for his politeness and calmness during my entire situation. What a great team! Read moreReceptionist Felicia on 10/8 was extremely rude, unhelpful and very aggressive! I nearly felt that if we kept speaking this might get physical! I have yet to even store my stuff here and I’m so turned off of the unprofessional staff that works here. I’m am thankful for a staff member who was on break who walked over to explain to me what the hours are and how this works and the confusion goggle has with the hours not being updated. I believe her name was Amanda. Then I found out she has some title here. This is the worst ethic & unprofessionalism I have yet to deal with and to think this is who is in charge !!? After waiting to view the unit I had to wait while she spoke on the phone and we sat there knowing we were on a time crunch due to Cube smart & google not having the updated times online & within corporate office. I called to make my initial reservation online due to sales on the phone saying they are open till 7pm. But once on sight I was told it’s 5:45pm.
At this point I don’t know how long I will be using Cubesmart. Or if I will follow through as I still am waiting to close out this sale and Felicia speaks on the phone ordering inventory and speaking on personal life matters… Shameful !!!! Read moreThis place used to be great and I’ve been using their services for over five years. For about the last year or two they have had an issue with timing. I used to go early in the morning. I have been working on a new job for the last two years so I can only get there about an hour and a half, half or two hours before they close. Online one time you go in person they always seem to close an hour or two before that said time. It seems like they only update their time once a year because this has happened twice this year including today. I’ve also noticed that they’ve had a lot of new employees coming and going and for three employees there’s one that is always rude and it seems to be some of the women. They give a lot of smart, snarky and nasty remarks and often are not helpful when asking questions. I don’t know this place anymore, but it seems that they need to clean up a lot of things, including the people in this location. They also need to be more on top of updating the time online because I hate to load up my car with stuff and get to the gate and they’re about to close.
