I think I have been going to the practice since 2018. Dr. P is a very caring individual. He takes his time with you and he is very thorough. His staff are exemplary all of the administrative and the nursing staff. Wait time can be a little better but I guess that’s with any doctor. I would recommend him as a primary care physician. The waiting area can get crowded when there are a lot of appointments for various doctors. That would be one of the only things that I would improve on somehow. Because you have individuals coming in with family, health aids, wheelchair, and it can get a little tight.

Read moreI arrived for my 3:30pm appointment at 3pm -- 30 minutes early. At that time I was told that the Dr. P. was running late and my wait should be an hour. I was also told that there was one person a head of me. Fast forward to 4:30p, and a different assistant asks me what time was my apptment with the dr. I tell her 3:30pm, she looks in the computer, shakes her head, and then tells me that the dr. is very, very backed up; there are 4 people ahead of me! What?! How?! Needless to say, I was upset and refused to sit around and wait another 2-3 hours. This is unacceptable. Why are the doctor's over booking the patients?
