Went for an refund/exchange but their policies don't make sense. There's only one person out of the 5 cashiers that were available to do a refund. After the fact, when we approach Alexis on register 1 she said cash only and we notified her it was refund/exchange. They called a team member to check the process and then informed us, it can either be refund to the card directly or get something that matches that price. We asked if there was an option for store credit and the second individual brought the assistant manager Robin. He explained the same thing to over to us and told us that we they offer store credit. We just asked for a 3 dollar difference or if it was possible to give it in cash. They refused and said just bring back debt card or get items that make up the same price of what was supposed to be refunded. Read moreI was just harrassed and verbally attacked by a crazy man standing on line. I asked the security guard for help, and no one moved. The police office did nothing either. They heard the man insulting me and calling me crazy, but no one intervened. The cashiers did nothing, either. Everyone in this store should be trained on how to handle situations like this. The man would not shut up, and no one asked him to stop his erratic behavior. It is ridiculous that the only thing those guards are told to check is for thefts. Door monitor is absolutely creepy and witnessed, to busy not doing his job but talking with other workers. I don’t know where all the “good workers” went when they first opened after the expansion of the store. The deals are good in the store but it’s unpleasant to shop as they think everyone is going to steal merchandise. I think management needs to find a balance between too.
