If you are able to get a cut by Manuel he will get you right, good luck getting a hold of him though. I used to walk in and he would tell me to call or text before hand. I would text and call him for days and he would not answer. When he answered he said he would text me back with availability over the next coming days and he never did. Went to this place today took my toddler for the first time and the professionalism was utterly off they were not friendly at all being that it was his first time he was scared and they did nothing to comfort him as a child i first asked are they good with kids and I explain everything to them they said okay they barley could even speak or understand what you say and the sad part is my husband goes to this barber shop for years thinking they would be more friendly after that they rejected us. The place is clean, the prices are approaching the high side for this community. You can go to any free barber; barbers still use the razor, I like this. The barbers must allow patrons continued protocols (e.g. to keep mask on) for the COVID virus. All the barbers first language is Spanish in an increasingly diverse community from primarily Caribbean; try more english. There is a TV for patrons however there should be local news (NY 1) or seasonal national sports (baseball, football, soccer)...
