My mother was referred here by her PCP. Upon arrival, within the first 30 minutes I had a decent scope of how this office operates, and unfortunately I didn't feel comfortable bringing my mother here. I sat and observed as the receptionists mocked a English speaking clearly mentally unwell older man. They did so in Bengali, and whats worse is that they were teasing this man in Bengali and did it shamelessly whilst knowing there was other Bengali patients in the waiting area listening to this. They're also very unorganized, my mother was seen almost 2 hours after her designated appointment time. She was getting hungry and tired, and rather distressed. As for the doctor himself, I cant speak to the quality of his professionalism as I was not allowed in the office with my mother. Terrible experience. Appointments are never on time - office is always overbooked, expect an hour to hour half wait. Years later they call me thinking I was another patient. It would make sense since their folders are everywhere. The office is not clean/organized.
