From my religious outfits, to wedding guests outfits, my engagement and wedding outfits, I have never been disappointed. Aunty Neenu and the entire staff went above and beyond for my wedding; between worldwide shutdowns and shipping delays, they made sure my outfits were on time and made to perfection! I was able to personally design what I wanted, and they took my vision and made it even better! I felt like I was getting a personal luxury designer for my wedding! I highly recommend chahat bridal. Their quality is one of a kind. Despite that the owner and all ther staffs are so helpful and has so much patience. Honestly when I purchased my outfit for my wedding I was so indecisive but the owner had so much much patience I can't explain in words. Chahat provides the best service. They tried to scam on a return by claiming a "transaction" fee on charges that had not even posted, yet. The owner thought better of this and decided to give a full refund, instead. It wouldn't have mattered to me either way as I informed them that either they refund or I will chargeback. Almost no menswear here, either. Also a tip for people from outside the culture, if you still decided to buy from here despite some of the staff being active scammers, just be sure not to pay the sticker price.
