Elegant Florist — Attraction in New York

Beware ! I ordered flowers came as not described on photo the vase was not white as on the photo on their website it is a clear glass vase and was missing curly ribbons very disappointing I ordered as shows on the picture that I am including in the post for you to see and thought it would be the same as on photo they advertised but not delivered as promised looks boring in life I could have bought a different product if I had known it would not be as advertised I could have just picked something else. Above all it feels like the birthday surprise was ruined and when I called them about it they had zero empathy and no apology at all and stated but you got the flowers, we probably forgot to put the ribbon, and had no excuse for not providing the advertised vase, all they said we can take the flowers back. If I knew I would have this kind of customer service I would have never bought it from them do they expect people to run around and get flowers from somewhere else on the same day when we need it the most? They offered $10 back but it’s not enough for the ruined surprise when we depended on them the most. Never again! Waist of time and money. Feel phony and like it was not important for...

The worst customer service i've ever received in my life. I ordered flowers to be delivered on valentines day and they were not delivered. They not delivered the following day either. After speaking to whomever in charge I was told that it would be delivered first thing in the morning and they would credit the delivery, well the following day the told me they didn't know who told me that and they cannot waive the delivery fee and I can either cancel or deliver it when the driver was ready. I was appalled, and could not believe what i was hearing. the customer service was the worst part. it understandable that things happen, they had more demand than they could supply but how they dealt with the problem that they created is beyond me!!!! I will never do business with you guys ever again!!!! Please beware. And here we are trying to support local business...

I'm loving Elegant Florist! I decided to stop by 2 months ago after reading some nice reviews about this place. On my very first day, I bought a beautiful Rubber Tree plant and a Majestic Palm. Two months later, I'm the proud owner of 11 plants from Elegant Florist! Lol. Everyone here is very nice and friendly. I love that they are willing to order plants that they do not have in stock. I asked if they had a Calathea Medallion which they didn't, but the following week there was a stunning batch of them by the floor. I had no idea the owner would put in an order for them! The plants here are healthy looking and beautiful. The store is not huge but everything is well organized and it's easy to navigate. I will definitely recommend...
