This location of the GrowNYC greenmarkets runs every Sunday morning-early afternoon year-round, on the corner of the post office on Queens Boulevard. Not as large as other such markets but there's good produce/products for dairy (Ronnybrook), bread (Bread Alone), fresh seafood (American Pride), meats (Sawkill Farm, DiPaola), and produce from a few vendors year-round. This october 2021 numerous vendors are selling items such as eggs,bread beef even fresh fish,candles,hand rolled cigars, spices,clothing, scissors,handbags,flowers. You name it....t's probably here. If your hungry, food trucks are here too. Definitely a great way to spend a Sunday. People are so nice & friendly. Sitting area near by in case you want to try that candy apple or shiskabab. I had a bad experience of being over priced for paying 22 dollars for one broccoli ($5) and one cabbage ($4) and 1 pound of baby salad ($4 per pound) and 1.1 pound of carrot($2.5/pound).
