This is a public park turned into a cesspool of hot mess. The park is always full of drunkards, ppl smoking weed, homeless sleeping on benches, ppl on loud motorbikes, all while children are playing on the adjacent playground area which desperately needs an overhaul and renovation. What's worse is the fact that nothing's being done about it. The park custodian doesn't seem to care, there is no park police, no NYPD doing any patrol to keep the park safe for kids and families. Why set park rules and regulations that will not be enforced? The ppl in the neighborhood deserve more than this mess, especially the tax payers. No one's gonna care except the parents. Parents must exercise their right to call either 311 or 911 to kick out the ppl doing unlawful activities to make the park safe for...

The homeless are usually far away in the corner of the park. The addicts and the crazies usually stay away too until its dark and its their bed time. Then they all start to migrate in and its time for you and your kids to go.
This is a meetup spot for many of the of the parents to gossip and chitchat leaving their older kids unsupervised so if you go little ones, keep an eye out because they will get bumped.
When its dark, the the vampires come out and it gets dangerous sometimes. I recommend leaving before the sun sets and walk on the hospital side...

There's two swingsets with toddler and regular seats, and there's three separate play areas for toddlers and the bigger kids.
