👎🏻👎🏻This park is down right nasty and unsafe. This place doesn’t deserve 1 star. It has become a awful place for kids to play and have fun. It is over run with homeless man, garbage everywhere, and dirty. It’s so sad, at the end of the day the kids don’t have a nice, clean and safe place to play..

Used to be a great park but now it isn’t well maintained and gets too overcrowded. It’s big and has separate sides for young and older kids however, I wish they tried renovating it a bit because most of the playground is visibly old and dirty.

Park and playground for childrens, good place for children for physical activity and socialization as they get chance to meet up with other children of their age.

This is a public park turned into a cesspool of hot mess. The park is always full of drunkards, ppl smoking weed, homeless sleeping on benches, ppl on loud motorbikes, all while children are playing on the adjacent playground area which desperately needs an overhaul and renovation. What's worse is the fact that nothing's being done about it. The park custodian doesn't seem to care, there is no park police, no NYPD doing any patrol to keep the park safe for kids and families. Why set park rules and regulations that will not be enforced? The ppl in the neighborhood deserve more than this mess, especially the tax payers. No one's gonna care except the parents. Parents must exercise their right to call either 311 or 911 to kick out the ppl doing unlawful activities to make the park safe for...

Sometimes this place gets sketchy but generally its safe with many kids.

The homeless are usually far away in the corner of the park. The addicts and the crazies usually stay away too until its dark and its their bed time. Then they all start to migrate in and its time for you and your kids to go.

This is a meetup spot for many of the of the parents to gossip and chitchat leaving their older kids unsupervised so if you go little ones, keep an eye out because they will get bumped.

When its dark, the the vampires come out and it gets dangerous sometimes. I recommend leaving before the sun sets and walk on the hospital side...

We've nicknamed this "Hospital Park" due to it being directly across the street from Elmhurst Hospital. There's two swingsets with toddler and regular seats, and there's three separate play areas for toddlers and the bigger kids. In the center is a water spray fountain for kids to play in in the summer. The ground is often littered, the public bathroom a smelly cesspool, and the homeless sleep on the benches in the middle of the day (maybe I should've led with that last...
