This is an unassuming and nurturing spiritual oasis where I always feel welcome. The devotees are eager to help and serve others. On Saturday afternoons a transcendental chanting called kirtan is played, follow by a Bhagavad Gita Class, more kirtan, and finally, prasadam is served, which is food that has been offered to Sri Krishna, (free of charge). Decades ago my Ashram girls and I took the subway from the NY temple to visit the place where Srila Prabhupada had his first official address. It was a blessed experience. So grateful to see this way and hope to attend the virtual Bhagavad-gita class next Saturday. I hope many will be there in person. Hare Krsna! Jaya...
