A nice little park on Lower East Side. There's a lively atmosphere here, also because of the playground, popular with the kids. There are benches and tables here, thus making it posible to eat your food. I have been here several times and always enjoyed it.

My 3 years old enjoyed the playground. There was a guy sleeping on the frame but we didn’t mind. My kid played around him.

Great park for young ones! I was in town visiting and my 21 month old loved the car toys, swings and slide.

First Park is a neat little urban park in the East Village / Lower East Side neighborhood of Manhattan, NYC.

There are tons on trees in this park, but not many patches of grass for the sun lovers. there are benches along with picnic tables for one to enjoy.

There is a little coffee shoppe inside the park itself called Mudpark, and most folks who visited the park and had some Mudpark coffee say it is definitely worth a New York Minute.

There is a handball court and the park itself is also known as First Park Playground. Hence, there is a children's playground for the children to enjoy.

Happy post...
