This company is so genuine and so kind and amazing! My brother took his life and we have been planning his funeral and last min the at 4 pm the night before his service we realized we hadn’t thought of flowers. We called them knowing that we probably were too late to get something.... not only did they put something together for us at the last min but they went above and beyond!! The prioritized us and took a picture that we had put on an old chalkboard and took the picture off and made a floral arrangement come to life. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Terrible. Liars. Rude. Each year my company sends out Holiday arrangements that they pay in advance for. This year I never received mine. An initial attempt was made, a notice was left, and I called to reschedule delivery for the next day. I informed my landlord, who in turn notified the owner of the deli downstairs, because they always accept delivery of all of my packages. When I called to inquire about redelivery I was told delivery was refused, and a notice was again, left on my door. Neither occurred. I placed an order for my girlfriend and when the arrangement arrived the flowers are left out in 90° weather and they never knocked or called. Obviously the flowers wilted. When we tried to rectify the issue they began harassing my girlfriend in regards to picking up the old arrangement but they weren't going to drop off a new arrangement which I've never heard of neither did the florist that I originally placed the order through as I am out of state.
