In July of 2022, I brought myself and my wife to view the mosaic for our first time and upon seeing it up and close, we both found it to beautiful and a fitting tribute to Lennon.
It was touching to see that flowers were placed on the mosaic and that folks from different walks of life were there to observe and reflect on this great work of art.

Read moreI really enjoyed it! It’s in Central Park and Free. It a great place to escape the busy city. If you are a tourist… it’s a break, with great views. Especially, if you are a Beatles fan. Or, if you’ve been to the sights in England. I got to hear live music, a man, playing Beatles music. You could sit on a park bench or picnic on the (not crowded) grass. The whole park, is a break from the city. And, not far. When you rest up, you are in the area of many museums/attractions. Oh… and, they have food stand venders. You can get a quick bite to eat and not spend as much as the tourist geared restaurants/expensive...
