I can recognise disgruntled employees, it’s a shame they think it’s your problem when they mess up. Came at 5, ordered pizza to pick up at 6. Never told me they’re actually closed at 6. Came back at 6 . No pizza ready. They start arguing between them. None of them speaks to me , but even an acknowledgment. FYI, inform your staff that many in NYC speak Spanish. And have some minimal respect, underpaid or not. it’s still my dollar paying your salary . It’s nit nice to feel I have to beg for something , while you took my payment in a second . Been there a few times in the past year, thought that they did a good job of making pizzas and the staff were friendly at the time. Today, I came back there getting some orders, the only dude who was working there yelling at me with “Did u hear I said hi to you “ from where the oven was in the most ridiculous demanding way. I was in shock to hear it, but I knew I wasn’t going to engage with his nonsense, so I just walked out there and thinking to myself this was a great lesson for me to learn how to run my business and treat my customers as a small business owner from that prospective. I came into table 87 today not in the best moods but walking in, I was greeted kindly from the guy with glasses. He took my order and had a nice conversation with me, he noticed my down mood and actually lifted my mood up. it’s rare to see employees be genuine in businesses these days so that’s something I can appreciate. He prepared my pizza quickly for me, and was very neat and clean. After I was done eating he even threw away my trash for me, it felt like a 5 star restaurant experience. Very professional establishment. I will be coming back more often and recommend everyone to stop by and I also recommend the staff to get recognition for their amazing customer service and work...
