I recently visited Burger Joint and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The problems I encountered during my visit were truly disheartening.

The first issue was with the staff; they were extremely rude and seemed disinterested in providing good service. Their lack of hospitality left a negative impression right from the start.

Moreover, both the Coke and milkshake machines were broken, leaving me with limited beverage options. This was quite disappointing as a refreshing drink would have complemented the meal.

The biggest letdown was the cheeseburger I ordered. It was an utter disaster. The patty was completely burnt and dry, making it barely edible. For a place called Burger Joint, I expected a well-cooked and delicious burger, but unfortunately, this was not the case.

Overall, this experience was a major disappointment. I sincerely hope that Burger Joint takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements. Customers deserve better treatment and quality food when dining out. Until these problems are addressed, I cannot recommend this place to others.

I hope this review helps others make informed decisions about their...

This Burger Joint is less about Pomp and circumstance and more about food distribution. Cardboard signs instruct customers how to order, ironically there are only six or seven things on the menu and three are hamburgers.

On a recent visit I tried their onion rings for the first time and while there were not many in the bag they were amazing. I will get a double order next time.

The burger was solid and I enjoyed that ordering it with the works meant that the a whole bunch of goodies were added including fresh lettuce that was a huge piece of Boston Lettuce 🥬 which was fresh and crisp.

I can’t say that I would take a subway for an hour just to eat here but I am glad it was here...

Ordered a burger no fries and a beer which came to $23 before tip and they forgot the bacon I had to pay extra for.

The burger was a little undercooked which I’m actually cool with because way more often places will overcook the meat, and it was well seasoned meat but I’d still avoid this place if you can— it charges way too much for what you get and they don’t even cook the onions on the burgers or really offer you anything special, which is sort of a bare minimum thing. It’s a bummer I was really hoping to find a food option somewhere at industry city that was good but not today and I’m really annoyed about them charging me extra money for something I...

Hop in here around 1:00 for lunch. Gills the bartender was wonderfully nice and friendly. I had a mojito and by girlfriend had a Belgium Beer and Diet Coke. We order the chicken wings nicely hot and sweet. Fries and real onion rings nicely fried. And we ordered burgers. My girlfriends had I think it was the everything burger that had everything with cheese and I had a burger with lettuce. They were awesome. Only issue was it was a bit more overcooked than I ordered rare came medium but the burger was still awesome. Definitely recommend the place and would go again.

If you’re in the area and need a lunch spot, esp with kids, Industry City might do the trick, but my experience at Burger Joint was underwhelming. I ordered the burger with a fountain soda. Took a while and burger came out well-done instead of medium, which was a shame because the quality of the meat seemed decent. It was served on a small, lackluster bun with a tired piece of lettuce and a lonely slice of tomato. A bit crap all around. Lots of other little place here tho, I’ll know for next time.
