KRM Kollel Supermarket — Attraction in New York

Just wanna share with ya'll the well deserved letter I've wrote them a while ago: Good day, Hope all of you are doing well To introduce myself, I'm a long term super satisfied shopper at KRM. I love how you walk in and the heavenly smelling bakery is always calling you. It’s clean, always fresh, with delicious pastries, elegant cakes, and even two feet long baguettes. You just can’t resist. There's the beautiful color displayed with clearly labeled dips. (My family especially likes the cole slaw, a perfect recipe indeed, I must admit) With the great meat and chicken you always have that’s great prices, and excellent Kashrus. It’s so easy to shop there since the kitchen staff is always there to help out. Bringing me particular items from the kitchen. Happy to assist with a gentle smile I really like the kitchen basic aisle. It's wide and generally not too busy. Yet best of all is the boxes are neatly stacked, like the tissue boxes Etc (To me as a customer,that means I can takes a tissue boxes without a all the boxes crashing down) Everything is extremely simple to locate in the prepackaged food aisle.The aisle number includes which items can be found there, which is so helpful for new customers, As a daily shopper I really appreciate the consistency, that everything is always in the same place, for years with the same items on that same shelf. So I don't need to go back and forth searching for an item... (This may seem like a key factor but so many stores fail with this... They have good intentions like trying to upgrade ..) My shabbos treat is KRM dried fruit/nuts that you package. It's always natural crisp & fresh, you have so many versions, salted/no sugar… There's nothing like a variety Most of the items I purchase are from the back of the store, (long refrigerator) Constantly carrying a large selection of all brands, and all versions. Although my family and I are picky eaters, your store satisfying for all ages From child friendly yogurt and uncle Moishy vitamins to light kiddish Grape juice for watching the calories or for the elderly. Your service is outstanding! There's always full team of managers in the front of the store ready to treat each customers so loyal There's one scenario that I ecxpreciered that really inspired me to compose this email. Somehow ( I guess with the little baby in the cart) a dip spilled all over the floor I was so embarrassed and walked over to the manager stating what happened, His approach was: He grabbed a radio and called the cleaning agent to clean up the mess, and told me don't worry it happens all the time... That was so relieving,literally a stone rolled off my heart 💓 Then of Course I offered to pay for my item ( forget about the damage and making it inconvenience for all customers) He was so nice,and said he wouldn't feel comfortable charging me if i didn't benefit / use the item You must admit that that was super understanding and friendly on his parts, I was smiling that entire day, (It's surely not the money to the least rather the understanding person he was) You truly have way more than customer service Great customer service means following best practices like valuing customers' time, having a pleasant attitude, and providing knowledgeable and resourceful resources, but that you also take things a step further to exceed — rather than just meet — expectations!

KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE AND HUGE SELECTION OF PRODUCTS!

The cashiers are nice and gentle, always so fast moving and scanning each in a quick manner, even when your store is at its peak i hardly ever wait in line too long!

KRM Kollel Supermarket is realy one of the best places around to shop. Every time I come in, I am impressed how clean and orginized the aisles are, and how fresh all the produce looks. The fruits and vegtables are always stocked up, crisp and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything fresh for the custumers.

The service here is honestly top notch. The cashiers are polite and fast, and if you need help finding something there’s always someone around ready to guide you. A special shout out to Alex at the meat department – he is always smiling, giving good advice on cuts, and making sure you get the best quality. The meat is super fresh and well packed, and Alex takes the time to answer qustions and make recomendations, which makes the shopping experiance feel personal.

I also like how wide the selection is – from everyday items to special products you can’t find elsewere. Prices are fair and the weekly sales are a great bonus. Overall, KRM Kollel makes grocery shopping not just easy but enjoyable. Definatly worth comming back...

Great supermarket and prices. Customer service from staff is so so, they get very stressed and unhelpful when busy.

What brings me to my point that I used to go there for the takeout to get rotisserie chicken. But lately it’s been pretty bad, have been there about a month ago and bought a chicken lunch time. The taste was good but the more inner parts were slightly undercooked! And today I bought a chicken and the server told me they’ll give me from the fridge since the rotisserie aren’t done. The chicken they gave me wasn’t cut, packed in a bag (should be in a pan) dry and still had feathers on it. Very disappointing, won’t be going back to...
