This 1 star only for beautiful place and clean . Yesterday I went for pedicure and paid 40$ for regular pedicure and 10$ I left the tip which is they didn’t deserve. I didn’t checked my pedicure there (my mistake) but when I came home I was shocked. They charge 5$ to remove my only 2 nails gel , and was trying to offer me some cream or other services for extra money , my heels r like baby’s heels and she’s telling me I need do this or do that … seriously? I always wear socks and closed shoes and put lotion all the time . I don’t need anything all I was need it’s normal pedicure. I don’t know how people can post such ugly nail done and be happy ! Thank God I did only pedicure. Will never go back to this place . I had no chance do my pedicure for a couple months because Rego Nails gave me a fungus , so b careful with them 2. I thought this place will make me happy . But unfortunately they can’t do as I see on peoples pictures and from my experience nothing at all!

The location is very nice and open, clean and has a nice ambiance, however the service was not matching to the lovely environment. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure was sub-par, constantly trying to sell add ons that would be included in a regular pedicure. The tech barely cut cuticles or filed the heel, she kept trying to sell callus remover for $10 more. The paint job was worse, streaky and uneven, can see the paintbrush lines. The gel manicure was not as expected, nail tech used the dremel tool to get rough nails, no cleaning of cuticles. She applied the polish and it was rough and bumpy, not smooth or even. I asked her to fix and she gave attitude saying it was the polish that I choose with glitter. Lots of dips and uneven areas. Spent $80 for a horrible experience Won't be coming back and steer clear of this place.

More like a 3.5 The appointment making was easy because I did it through Google. The atmosphere is relaxing and spacious. The staff is nice. My nail tech was straightforward until I pointed out an apres nail was crooked and she kind of got short with me. She fixed it to the best of her ability without taking out the whole thing. She cut multiple nail cuticles and made them bleed several times but did not seem to be deterred to take it easy on my cuticles. I'm going to go back because appointment making was easy and I like the space but I will use a different nail tech, they also have jelly pedicures which I love and not many salons have it. My nails and jelly spa pedicure came up to 158 and I gave my nail tech a 20 percent tip because people work to survive and I don't want bad karma.

I would like to start by saying this is my experience with one technician named Sharon who from the start was not very pleasant and I'm a firm believer in you get what you give and because she wasn't pleasant it ruined my whole experience. I came in for a gel manicure pedicure but I only received the gel manicure. I was just done I refuse to pay for services that were not up to par. when she was cleaning the old nail polish off my nails she didn't clean it all off she left edges unclean (my nails were orange ) When I showed her she said don't worry later. I'm used to a proper manicure when I go to a nail salon especially if you have the word Spa in your name I expect full treatment. my nails and cuticles to be treated properly which I did not receive she just did some quick Dremel work.which didn't make me happy . I let her do her process. she didn't allow me to wash my hands in between her shaving off the old polish before starting the new Polish she did not clean the old polish from around my cuticles . around my cuticles you can actually see the orange polish I picked a blue but she did not get close enough to the base of the nail. I'm used to getting my nails done every 2 weeks this looks like it's been on my nails already a week .I was not going to write a review .She just kept coming to me after the fact while I'm waiting for my partner to finish because I was on my phone probably thinking I was writing a review telling me if I was to wash my hands the orange polish would come off come on lady this isn't my first rodeo with getting my nails done.Sharon ruined my experience with the salon. No I did not want to let her fix it after the fact. while she was doing it she had plenty of opportunities to do her job right correct her attitude.will I go back ?I'm not sure but I do know I will not be seeing sharon. my partner did have a good experience. mines wasn't so great they are fast at what they do faster then I'm normally used too, I'm also not used to being told $5 for this $3 for that extra I mean I get it but at the same time that also ruins the experience. Someone is needed to communicate the patrons request with the technician and relay price in the beginning I came to relax . When it was time to pay for my service I can read a sign I didn't need to be told multiple times there is an extra charge for my card. if I use my card I understood the Bold sign written at the register and on the wall. Bottom line is when you go to a nail spa you should get...

I visited this location a couple of times to ensure I was giving it a fair chance. After my last visit I am sure I will never visit again.

The salon is beautiful and clean but it definitely needs improvements. They are not honest about the waiting time. They will tell you to wait 2 mins but in reality you’ll be waiting 20-30 mins. They rush your spa pedicures. (Which usually come out to $75-$90 depending on who is charging you) They have MANY hidden fees. They will even charge you extra for the way you decide to pay. If it’s with a debit card, they will charge you a 3% fee and if you use the ATM is $3 dollars plus whatever your bank charges you. If you get a gel pedicure, they will remove your current gel polish with a drill instead of acetone but will still charge you $5-$10 for removal. (Even if the previous pedicure was done in the same location) And last - the chemicals they use for callus removal are very harsh and can give you an allergic reaction or leave your skin...

This was my second attempt to get some service at this place ...the first time, I had tried not long after they opened, it is closest to my place and since I do get my mani-pedi every other week, it would have been really convenient, especially in the winter...but no succes! They should really stop advertising that they accept walk-ins. So I continued going to the place about 15 min down the road. The place is constantly packed with 10-15 stations always working, but they have never turned me down, I have never seen them to not try accommodate a client....opposed to Lush Garden. The second time I had made an appointment to come back the same day, but when I did come back as previously agreed, they already had other people waiting and I was told to go away...this is a big place, empty most of the time with barely 2-3 employees who do not fight for your business, seem to prefer to take their time, don't need new/more customers, they don't need your...
