I purchased 6 laser hair removal sessions on a large area and used 4 of them but then got pregnant. I obviously couldn't continue my sessions and asked if my account could be frozen, they told me it was not a problem and would freeze it till after I had the baby. After I had the baby I called to see if I can make an appt and they told me to get clearance from my doctor first, so I did. About a month later I called to make an appt and they told me that I only had 1 session left because apparently they charged me for the 5th session since I canceled that appointment (this was never communicated to me when I canceled) and that the 6th session was expired since I didn't use it and they never froze my account. The woman I spoke to said there were no notes about me calling to freeze it. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to and apparently the only way to speak to a manager is by emailing. I would never come back here. They also don't do a great job with their laser service. I went to Vilena Spa instead and Elena was amazing and communicated everything to me from what I should and shouldn't do between sessions and she was determined to get all the hair out in the 6 sessions, whereas Manhattan Laser Spa claimed it may take 9...

However, the machine beeped announcing a thermal event, meaning my skin got too cold within the first 10 Minutes. The technician tried it a second time (against Coolsculpting protocol). I had another thermal event after 10 Minutes. I was asked to come back in 2 day to finish the treatment, but my skin was too damaged. All purple, now dark brown, about 5 or 6 Square inches of pigmented skin on my thigh. It looks like a severe burn, still more than a month later. I have been calling and emailing for a month now, asking for a refund. All I receive is an anonymous email saying that there are no refunds since the treatment was rendered. They took absolutely no responsibility, and refuse to even talk to me or handle the issue. The only person I was able to speak to is the technician that messed up my skin, and she was recommending I use Hydroquinone, which is a skin bleaching agent that I am allergic to, and is not safe to use. I bought a coupon on groupon in the amount of 300-350$ for juvederm filler for smile lines, when I came for the scheduled appointment Paula suggested that I add another $300 for the Radiesse filler because it is better and I will be very satisfied with the results, she refunded the groupon coupon and I paid 600$ for Radiesse with a card. (stupid,now I know). When she injected the right side of my face, the filler leaked and spilled into my mouth (above my teeth), it was terrible, my mouth was full of liquid and her hands were shaking, she was apologizing, but I wasn't I could not speak, I was afraid, I ran to the toilet to wash my mouth, I have never experienced anything like that.
