Went in for a DTM on Sunday evening. Called ahead. Parking can be a little difficult to find so plan accordingly. I got lucky with a spot nearby. Welcoming place with smiles, snacks, fresh fruit, and water (hot or cold). Relaxing water fall sound, with music that was just right. Hylan worked on me. 1 hr DTM was really good and very relaxing. Perfect pressure as asked. I added 30 mins for some extra guasha and feet work. Also got the 30 mins facial for the first time ever. Overall it was a good experience but just towards the end after I opened my eyes post facial, I felt something went in my eye from the facial. I had some discomfort and pain with some blurred vision, and redness. I mentioned this to Michael and he assisted me to help. Better care should be taken during facials to steer clear of the eyes. I think that part could have been improved. There was also talking that was a little disrupting in the hallway by customers. Have to give props to comfortable face rest on the bed!

Overall it was a good experience minus the last bit with eye discomfort. Mistakes happen and I will let this slide for a better experience next time. I have to say that they should have given me some incentive to come back but none was offered apart from assistance to clean the eye. I might still give them another try to hope for a better experience. Props to them saying that they used distilled water for the facial streamer. Also points to them for not forcing to tip a certain amount like other places.

Wonderful place. I took my friend there since she never had a foot massage before and I’m glad I picked this place. We called only 1 hour before coming and they were able to take us in. The place is very welcoming and cozy. The gentleman on the front was super nice. They have wonderful waiting area with fruits, snacks and even tea and hot chocolate. He immediately brought us cold water as well. I’ve never seen something like this before with all the tasty snacks and fruits. Originally we wanted 60 min but than decided to switch for 90 (30min body, 1 hour feet and I’m glad we did). We enjoyed every min of it. They are very respectful here and quiet. The massage was great. She pressed with pressure on special points, so I felt really good after. The man was doing My friend’s massage. She said he pressed hard as well but it felt good afterwards. So she enjoyed her massage too. So yes, I definitely recommend this place. Place is clean, they have candles in the bathroom, nice music. At the end my friend paid while I was in the bathroom and I was the one who invited her and obviously wanted to pay for her. Not the other way around. So I got upset with her and wanted her to do a charge back and paid myself but it happened fast and I think the gentleman thought I didn’t like the service. Later we explained. I have been coming here for a few years. Michael is truly the heart of the spa! My favorite therapist there was Peter. A true therapeutic deep tissue masseuse. I can tell he had knowledge of the human body and all muscles and techniques. Unfortunately Peter does not work there anymore. I went in the other day and asked for exactly a STRONG deep tissue massage as I am a dance professional and instructor. Although Michael understood what I wanted and informed my therapist, she did not execute. Therapist was very nice and kept checking in but honestly did not feel like a deep tissue to me. Peter individually massaged, rubbed, stretched, and worked out the knots in EACH muscle of my body. He read my body and could tell which parts needed most work. I will still go back only because Michael is wonderful as is the spa itself. I am hoping Michael will hire a massage therapist who knows how to do a TRUE deep tissue/sports/therapeutic massage.
