I have been coming here for 3 years and always got the most amazing service. Everything here is great. Today I came in for a regular pedicure and it was good as usual. I asked how much it would be to file my nails quickly and paint them, they said it's the same thing as a manicure. That's crazy because they ALWAYS would charge me the price for a paint job. They said the filing costs more but whenever I ask for just a paint job, they always file without me even asking. I told them that I have been coming here for 3 years and that they never charged me for a full manicure. After I left the salon, I completely messed up all of my toes except for 2 toes and They were going to redo all of them for me. I picked a different color because I didn't like the first color I chose. After they were done, THEY CHARGED ME $9.41!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me??? If they were going to redo all of the nails anyway, why charge me $9.41????? I ruined all of my toes in the past and they ALWAYS will redo them for free. I am never coming back again. I have been a good customer here for years and I travel here on the train. I have never had such bad service at a nail...

My sister and I went for pedicures and full sets. Well, we did not get the full sets. We walked in on a Saturday, so expected a wait, no bigge, but it was the worst pedi ever. First, we were GIVEN basic pedicures, not an option to choose a spa pedicure and asked to select a scent like most places. But the guest next to me was given an option. The guy attempted to be very meticulous on painting my toes, but ultimately, he took forever for a barely decent job and he didn't paint all of my pinky toe nails, and I was left with most of the paraffin wax still on my shoes and feet. I had to take one of the tools and remove the excess lotipn from nail bed and under the nails to show him what he missed! They did such a bad job that they didn't charge me for my pedi. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Bay Ridge about a year ago and Kiki has always done my nails and has done a spectacular job every time—my nails will last 3 weeks no problem. But recently they’ve hired someone new (or maybe I just haven’t seen her until recently) who they seem to have pass off to me every time I come in. She’s horrible. I have to explain to her that she needs to buff out my nails before she paints them to get a smooth surface, but instead she doesn’t and picks at my nails WHILE painting them. I have to point out that my nails aren’t even lengths or even the same shapes. She’s very sloppy in her painting, there’s bubbles under the paint and you can see how uneven it is. And somehow my cuticles are in worse shape and drier than when I went in to get my nails done. Honestly I’m just upset that a high standard of nail care isn’t held among all...
