I love this nail salon. It’s all in the little details. They pump hand sanitizer into your hand before using their pen to fill in the sign in sheet (COVID regulations) Very friendly Assisted me with picking out a color without automatically going for the more expensive options. They clean each chair between use. Their pedicure chairs have USB charging capability. Chair Massage was amazing! Much more powerful than most I’ve sat in. First pedicure post pandemic and the technician did such a great job! My feet look like they’re runway ready.

Wanted to love this place because I liked how relaxing VERY clean and nice the girls were BUT I did SNS and it chipped badly within two days then I went back the owner fixed the broken nail for free which was nice but other nails started to chip after repairs and the second coating of polish was bumpy and not a nice smooth finish. Sadly I won’t be returning because I’ve never had this issue before with SNS being done.

Lina salon is amazing, clean and affordable nail saloon. I usually ask for Lucy who is really good at cleaning and painting your nails. Im pretty sire everyone is really hood at it, but I like Lucy in particular. The place is clean and really nice in the inside. Ao far no problems of funguses ( because i went to a place in the same street and I got it) so thats the important part of it.

Omg 🤩 I love this place! I happened upon it because I was in Bay Ridge for a hair cut and seriously needed to tend to my nails so I went for it and I am sooo grateful I did!!

The place looked packed so I didn't think I'd be able to get seated but I did, immediately.

Their color selection is by far the best I've come across yet out of any salon I've been to thus far!!

The atmosphere is lovely! There's beautiful plants! And beautiful art and a brick exposed wall and a cool ceiling. The people there are also pretty warm and engaging! Andd the spot is super clean!

The attention to detail that I experienced here, from the space itself to the manicure, I was pleasantly surprised by! You can tell that choices made here (in the work stations for instance) were made with purpose and intelligence! They even give you special gloves for when they use the UV machines for gel manicures!

And the nail tech I had which I learned at the end was seemingly the owner of this awesome spot, was very receptive and accommodating and she did a great job!

For all these reasons, I do forsee myself coming back here even though it'd mean traveling...

This place is nasty as hell. I paid over $140. i gave this lady a $15 tip. She was talking abpit me the whole time she was shoving myhand for no reason. I went in for a fillin and she did everything but fill inmy nails so it still looks like i have to get them done. They chipped the sameday. I went back two days later for them to fx it. I walked in, they started giggling. They started talking about me in Spanish, and I was just standing there, not planning on going anywhere because of the amount of money that I had paid on top of the way she treated me initially. I went to this place also in October right after my surgery and I was on the phone with my friend discussing my head surgery and the nail tech saw a vape in my hand and said “yeah that’s probably why you had to get the surgery on your head” I felt extremely embarrassed and very uncomfortable. When they fixed my nail today, they used gel polish to fix it, even though I paid extra for chrome I have nothing good to say about these people or their salon or their decorum because they...

This is my go to spot, usually very nice, top notch pedicures. My favorite in the city. But I stopped in to get a pedicure recently and it was a horrible experience. I think it must have been someone new, but I’m not sure if she had been trained. It was obvious she wasn’t sure of the steps, and she hurt me repeatedly when doing the cuticles on my toes - which I’ve never had happen before. Callous treatment was also brutal. I came home and kind of forgot about it, but before I went to bed my toes started to ache. They are still hurting the next day. I am treating them with wound care and antibiotic ointment, but definitely not what you want after a pedicure. I had to tell her multiple times she was hurting me. I understand that there are going to be new people in the course of a job, but it’s up to the business to train them! Sharing in the hopes that the business sees and takes their training process to heart. I wish I had walked out, but didn’t want to cause a scene. But if I had, at least I wouldn’t be worried about the painful...
