Let me start my review off by saying. I AM NOT A BOT NOR A FAKE PERSON. I took my time to read each and every review listed on google about the establishment before deciding NOT to purchase my engagement ring from here. I live in another state which makes the whole process extremely difficult. Buying an engagement ring for most is a ONCE in a lifetime experience and for the MAN buying the ring they should be provided with an "EXPERIENCE". I had everything BUT that speaking through whatsapp to the business. Texting is NOT adequate for a multi thousand dollar purchase..in fact I feel as though the red carpet should be rolled out each time. They lacked this type of service. I had to basically BEG to speak to a live person about the ring and when I called BOTH times I was hung up on by a woman. The third try I spoke to a man who was very impatient and not helpful. Naturally I shopped around for looking for an experience and before I get a reply saying I'm from a competitor I live in a different state and elected to purchase locally due to the negative reviews about not getting responses in a timely manner and communication dropping OFF after the wire transfer/ money is sent. I experienced this personally. I'm not saying you wont have a good experience but I certainly did NOT. I was hopeful that the prices would match the service but unfortunately not. I opted to pay MORE at another store to get what I wanted because they treated me properly. This hopefully is some constructive criticism. I only want to Marry once and I feel like the purchase experience should match that kind of quality.

*Update. To further prove my point..I wrote this review 3 YEARS AGO. Im JUST not getting a reply. Happily married and still shopping more jewelry. There are ways to conduct business and this is NOT it. Maybe service INSIDE your store is different but your communication with online/outside customers is diabolical. No further statements needed. I was hung up on twice by women in the shop and not given proper care or treatment...

I was absolutely very skeptical about sending money wiring through my bank account to another bank account especially when I’ve never shopped at a jewelry store in New York. I went on “Marchello The Jeweler” Instagram page and read some of the comments from his recent customers who were very satisfied and not to mention these were actually real people. The quality of work was absolutely amazing & the low prices for the craftsmanship that you received from Marchello The Jeweler is absolutely stunning!
