Mobile Health — Attraction in New York

One of the worst experience with healthcare “professionals” I have encountered. They will lie straight to your face and ask you to do un necessary tests so check with your work place to see what you actually required to do before going there. They will ask you to take the number to be call but they will never follow, so stand in the front desk and bother them hard until they take you in other wise you will be sitting there waiting for a whole day. When confront the problem with the manager Keiny, she will also lie straight to your face as well. And the day after, you will get a call from your work place and you will realized mobile health have make a mistake and you will have to go back to them again. If they weren’t too busy trying to up sell, maybe they might be able to get all the necessary tests done.

Any companies who looking to outsource the services, please find a better one, you will have to pay more for having your employees going back and fourth and taking useless tests with them......

I was scheduled for the 2nd dose of MMR. I arrived to be told they had run out. I was told to come back next week. When asked if I needed an appointment being that they had not called to cancel I was told no. I asked several times to make sure. I was then called by that same assistant to tell me that I did indeed require an appointment. Today I’m scheduled for a 9:30 appointment. The time is now 10:15am. I am still in the waiting room. There is no concern for people’s time…whatsoever. The staff appear to be overwhelmed due to a shortage. Management should address this. My concerned were heard professionally with the office manager. Went there because I needed a pre-employment physical. I went to clinic @@Rego Park. Life Saver! The office is nice and clean. Organized they knew what had to be done. Paperwork goes straight to the employer.The staff is so nice. Front desk guy was great. The nurses were nice. Gentle with the blood draw😊 NP was so caring and professional. This is so perfect for anyone needing a physical etc. I was able to get an appointment in a couple of days so it is perfect. My new employer was impressed i was able to get it done as fast.
