New York Ghosts: Ghost Tours, Haunted Pub Crawls — Attraction in New York

Booked the ghost tour for Halloween night. We received a very last-minute text changing our 8pm tour to 5pm due to the Halloween Parade. We could not attend this new time, so we tried to text the number back to figure out what our options were, but received no response. After a few calls to the customer service phone line, we were informed that everything was sorted out and the tour was back on at 8pm. This caused confusion and frustration due to the lack of communication. Also, if they know far in advance the Halloween Parade will occur, why the last-minute time change?

Shannon was a great guide! She was friendly, had the stories down pat, and was good with the kids on the tour! Shannon also handled a man interrupting the tour asking for money professionally but also empathically without the tour going off the rails. There was someone on the tour who complained about everything and Shannon was very accommodating and pleasant dealing with this. One thing I would change which has nothing to do with Shannon is the number of people allowed on the tour during COVID. There were too many people to be able to safely social distance and still be able to hear the stories. Had such a fun and fascinating time on this tour! Our guide, Jonathan, was incredibly knowledgeable. We ended up learning way more history than I expected, and it was amazing to hear real stories tied to the places we visited. We stopped at two great spots for drinks (the pickletini was surprisingly delicious!), and I loved getting to explore a part of NYC I hadn’t really experienced before. This side of Greenwich Village is full of charm, history, and unique places to eat and drink. Even after many trips to New York, this felt like a fresh and different experience. I’m definitely looking forward to booking more tours with US Ghost Adventures during future travels around the country!...
