Nike Factory Store - Staten Island — Attraction in New York

Worse experience ever ! I was being harassed by the employes the whole time , I had to literally sit on the floor to try on some shoes for my kids because was so packed at that point I had bunch of workers passing by me almost stepping on my kids hands watching every move i was doing I tried to ignore the situation because I drove for a long time to get there to find some shoes for my kids but I felt so harrassed by everyone following me everywhere, there was no way I was going to stay there with my 3 girls in that situation I was already worried my youngest was very scared and asked me if we could go already and Mind you they followed me everywhere with my kids and was never asked if I needed help or I needed a bag to put my stuff in this people literally scared me and my kids WORSE...

So I went there to exchange an item and they didn’t have the item in store so I asked to exchange for the same value and they only wanted to give me half price of what I paid for. One of the employees told me it’s on the manager’s discretion. I talked to joe albanese, the manager, which they hesitated to give me his name at first and he came out to tell me no that he couldn’t do it. Knowing that he could do something about it he still denied it. Said that he would lose his job and that my personal experience doesn’t matter compared to that. That’s the worst part about it.
