Gatta say, having tried almost all the Thai restaurants this mom and pop spot is not what it seems. For some reason this spot is rated 4.8 stars and I just can't see it at all. First off most dishes with a protien are costing around 13-15$ for a single plate while other thai restaurants are costing 8.50-11 on the island, this wouldent be an issue if it tasted amazing but, it doesnt. The pad thai sauce doesn't taste home made at all, taste like it came from a bottle and to top it off the peanuts are grinded down to an ash you don't get the crunch texture that you love from pad thai. Dumplings in citrus infused lime sauce cost 8$ for 4 small dumplings that taste like they're in soy sauce. Absolutely disappointing. Only thing that gave this spot a 2 star rating was the delicious pumpkin curry puffs. Please try other thai restaurants, this one is a dud. Oh and btw -- Indoor dining has tables and chairs, but no plates or utensils. You have to use the take out items just to eat indoors.

Sorry other costumers. We found something...a little bug. We love Thai food. Eating thai food onece a week(mostly we go to Brooklyn) Today was the First time we tried at this restaurant for dinner. We were sick of the other restaurant in the same block(people might know that restaurant is horrible). So we wanted to find good one in Staten Island near by my house. But we throwed away since we found this in 'duck' dish. But I already fed my two kids.......😑 I was starving. Skipped lunch because my babies😓 so I was super starving...... and now I'm eating instant ramen. Absolutely the woman apologized but no refund. Thai iced tea was good.

The best Asian food I’ve had in NY. I ordered the lunch special which came with veggie soup, tofu Pad Thai and a drink. The soup was absolutely delicious and it made me want more! You could taste the spice, sour, sweet and savory as you’re supposed to in an Asian dish. It was really really good! Pad Thai was also really good, loved it! I also ordered summer rolls with prawn and fresh veggies. It was really good! Real fresh goodness inside with a peanut sauce to dip in. The restaurant is worth you going to Staten Island and take a stroll in the outlet mall near by. Service was fast and very friendly!

Had the lunch special Seared Salmon with basil sauce while attending jury duty. I ordered my food to go but ate it inside just in case In case i needed to hurry up and get back early. Lunch special came with an appetizer, entree and a canned soda. Appetizer is a choice of coconut shrimp, salad or soup. I got the coconut shrimp and it came with one fried coconut shrimp. I was a little disappointed knowing that one small shrimp was an appetizer placed in a wax paper bag. Not even a large prawn or a flat spread out shrimp to make it look bigger or anything. I expected at least 3 or 4 or something, being that it was an appetizer. I also got curry puffs because i knew they're good at most thai placesand it was nice that 4 came in with to an order. The puffs were crisp and sweet, shrimp was crunchy and all felt fried. The Food was made fresh. The quantity was little on the small side, so I wouldn't even call it a lunch special being that the appetizer was one 2.5 inch shrimp. A 4 Oz piece of skin on seared salmon, about a cup of jasmine rice andsome stir-fried veggies in basil sauce, was really good. All in all I paid 28 dollars. Got in like 10-15 mins. The restaurant was clean. Service was okay. Had some pretty good for traffic. The lady at the register seemed kind of had an attitude with the way she was speaking to me and looking at me, but I could've caught them...

This place use to be decent. I absolutely love Thai food I’ve been eating Thai for many years. I was excited when they first opened because I don’t like the other Thai options in SI. I noticed the last few times the prices went up and the portions seem less. I understand prices have gone up everywhere, but when paying 14 dollars for a dish it should have more protein than fillers. I ordered a chicken dish and it was all cabbage, onions and a few other vegetables that were not mentioned on the menu. I was completely thrown off. When I mentioned it the woman said if I was picky I should have said something ahead of time. I told her cabbage was not mentioned on the menu nor were some of the other vegetables that I didn’t mind. I also mentioned the ratio of protein to all the cabbage and onions and she said they weigh their meat for each dish. Instead of offering to make a new dish and apologizing she just said I’ll give you your money back and was sour. Told me I was ridiculous and I let her know she was and that I’d never recommend or...
