• 5/24 update: Yes, I will be very careful in the future and not frequent your establishment. Very unprofessional. Will take my money elsewhere that provides better service and not cheat its customers.

Visited on March 15,2024 1:15pm I came to retake my passport photo bec I didn't like the ones from the previous day. I was PAYING for the retake as Walgreens no longer offer the passport photo service. I reached for the mirror to check myself, the mirror dropped. I offered to pay for the mirror. The gentleman (late 20's early 30's male with brown hair and light mustache) asked me to just bring him another one from Bargainland. I said it would have to by the end of the day because I was in a hurry. He took my photo. Told me it was $17.32. I PAID for the service. I gave him $18. Never received my change. I told him that I would be back for the photos as I had my toddler and other son there. The previous day it took 15 min to print out. He mentioned that he didn't want my money, I can replace the mirror. I did go look for the mirror at bargainland before I returned. They did not have handheld mirror. I saw the time as I wanted to mail the item out at the post office and I went back for my photos and indicated that Bargainland didn't have the mirror. The then said that my photos would be another 10-15 minutes and I have time to look for a mirror bec he had customers needing a mirror and I broke it. Dude, I offered to pay for the mirror. I had my child with me and he thought I was going to go on treasure hunt before receiving my photos. I went to the dollar store next door and purchased TWO HANDHELD PLASTIC MIRRORS. I went back and asked to take his pick. He complained that they were cheap mirrors. At this point I was just like give me my photos as I needed them. He held up my photos complaining that I broke his mirror and came back with cheap ones. The whole neighborhood is filled with discount stores and to hold my photos hostage because he didn't like the quality of the mirror is egregious. I asked for my photos again and I said that I would never do business with this place again. He said he doesn't need my business. Rude and unprofessional. He received TWO mirrors ( paid $6.58 for) and $0.68 from my change. In total $7.26 in addition to his overpriced photos. I was there a few months ago to have my children's passport photos done. No problem. Was there just the day few days ago. No problems. I just didn't like how the photo came out. Others were complaining about the high prices to print out documents etc. I will never visit this establishment again. To think I was considering doing family photos here. Do business at...

Rude and Rushed service!! I went yesterday 8/24/23 to get passport picture taken and was looking forward for a nice experience as I called couple of times before to be sure this is the place I will go as it was out of my way but was mistakenly trusting the reviews. 1- As soon as I reached I saw 5/7 people ahead of me which is fine but they play favorites & take whoever they choose first. A lady came in much later for passport pics n was taken immediately as if she is an vip. A woman behind me told me ur also for passport pics why they took this woman. I asked them a very non-chalant attitude n response was she had an emergency as if we have nothing better to do. 2- A very small claustrophobic place. A tiny stool. No room to move. The guy just came in n just clicked n done. I said can I see it. I see lot of darkness n I said can u take one more as looks like very dark. He didn’t want to do it n says the other guy will clean up n the the dark shadow won’t be there. In 2 minutes pics are ready. I told him I need internet access he said right there where line is there is a little area to fit a pc. It was so uncomfortable with a line and no privacy but I used it. Horrible n uncomfortable experience. Bill came down to $21.90 for passport pic & 10 minutes of internet access. Not worth it!! There are only 2 guys running the show. One was standing doing nothing n the other one attending customers. The one doing nothing is the one I told him immediately on arrival for passport pics. He only nodded like a robot not to say hello or it will be just few minutes. Very Rude. Never said goodbye even or come back again. Bad business practice. If you want to be disrespected, have all the time in the world, dealing with rude business, bad job - not ready to correct it, don’t value your time this is the perfect place for you. The young guy who works there is horrible and disrespectful! I use to go to the shop all the time because it’s conveniently located close to where I live. UPS usually reroutes packages here and there is no issue. The last time I gave the guy at the counter my ID and waited for him to ask me for him to ask for the tracking numbers like they usually do. Instead he told me my package wasn’t there he put my name and address in the computer and couldn’t find it. I told him my ID doesn’t have the same address so it probably won’t be there can he look it up with the tracking number. He refused and said it would be a waste of time since he already looked it up I need to call UPS. There was a couple of customers already there so I told him I wouldn’t mind waiting for him to finish helping them, he still refused and then went on to call me names because I wouldn’t understand why he couldn’t check the tracking number.
